A few months ago, April 2023, the story spread like wildfire in regard to Dawayne “The Rock” Johnson allegedly was involved in a alleged child kidnapping plot, to be honest it is quite expensive, who’s to say that this is not a way to use him as a ATM, why now was it the fact he has accumulated so much wealth?
Truth be told, we didn’t report on it we love the rock, and we just didn’t believe the story but after the story gained traction, we wanted to fill you in on the low down on this story and the players who thought they could pull a fast one. The fact that no one on social media who has been reporting on Andrew Tate taking a shit and counting how many he may have taken is beyond our understanding.
Who is Trenesha “Rakha Khan” Biggers?
Rhaka Khan, whose real name is Trenesha Biggers, was born on December 25, 19811. She is an American former model and professional wrestler best known for her appearances with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling under the ring name Rhaka Khan1. She also appeared with WWE as Trenesha, competing in the 2005 WWE Diva Search1.
Biggers played volleyball and basketball in high school while in Jacksonville, Illinois, and later while attending Illinois Central College in the 2000–01 season. She continued to play in both sports after transferring to the College of Southern Idaho for the 2001–02 season. In 2002, Biggers transferred to Florida State University where she lettered in volleyball1.
After entering the WWE Diva Search but being eliminated during the top 25, World Wrestling Entertainment later expressed interest in Biggers and signed her to a developmental contract. After signing a developmental contract with WWE, she was assigned to Deep South Wrestling. Biggers trained with Marty Jannetty for two months prior to reporting to Deep South Wrestling. Biggers debuted in DSW as the valet of The Regulators. Later, she and Angel Williams began a feud with Kristal Marshall, Tracy Taylor, and Michelle McCool. On May 4, 2006, WWE released Biggers from her developmental contract1.
After WWE released Biggers from her developmental contract, she began wrestling for Japan’s Pro Wrestling ZERO1-MAX promotion as “Panther Claw”. She also worked for Florida’s Full Impact Pro and Philadelphia’s Women’s Extreme Wrestling promotions. In Women’s Extreme Wrestling, she worked under the name “Black Barbie” 1 and later just “Barbie”. For the Professional Girl Wrestling Association, she worked as Naomi Banks. For a short time Biggers wrestled under the name “Trenesha” for underground female wrestling companies like Slammin’ Ladies, Lady Victoria and Sleeperkid’s World, adding to her fan base with various appearances in their clips and DVD releases1.
On February 10, 2008, Biggers made her Total Nonstop Action Wrestling debut at the Against All Odds pay-per-view. She distracted Petey Williams during his match against Scott Steiner, helping Steiner to win. On the following edition of Impact!, Steiner introduced Biggers as “Rhaka Khan” (the moniker a homage to soul singer Chaka Khan). She later managed Petey Williams in his matches. She made her in-ring debut on the March 27, 2008 live edition of Impact! alongside Steiner and Williams against The Latin American Xchange (LAX) and Salinas1.
The Rock named as a defendant in a $3 Billion Dollar Lawsuit filed by Trenesha “Khan” Biggers
Keep in mind the Kidnapping Billion-dollar Lawsuit is not just “The Rock” other Defendents named in the allegations are 23 pages long. The other names included in the lawsuit are notable celebrities’ corporations and this seems to be yet another lawsuit that has floated under the radar no radio stations nor podcast are talking about this, so the reality is this is just as much news as the Las Vegas UFO incident.
I find it really unbelievable, that the rock who has worked his way from being just a wrestler has now become a multi-billionaire, would risk his reputation to do crime?
It is like watching him crash and burn like the character on Pain no Gain, the movie about a Florida immigrant who murdered a man and his wife with help from his degenerate friends and yes of course Dawayne Johnson was a key player but that is fiction not reality.
What is the Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Defense in this 3B Kidnapping Lawsuit?
Dwayne Johnson and his business partner, Dany Garcia, have been named as defendants in a $3 billion kidnapping lawsuit filed by Trenesha Biggers, also known as Rhaka Khan during her former TNA and WWE days. Biggers claims that Johnson and Garcia made plans to abduct her and her children in 20081. In the most recent development, Johnson and Garcia’s council released a statement where they “categorically deny any involvement in the alleged incident,” adding that they “look forward to clearing their names in court”1.
The Final Outcome of this Egregious Lawsuit Against Dwayne Rock Johnson and the 23 other Defendents?
Rhaka Khan, whose real name is Trenesha Biggers, filed a $3 billion lawsuit in October 2022, claiming that there was a conspiracy against her related to a 2019 child custody case on charges of interference and aggravated kidnapping1. The lawsuit named approximately 1,000 individuals and entities from various states, including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Michael Jordan, and the FBI1.
However, the lawsuit was dismissed by Judge Laura Taylor Swain of the United States District Court on June 12, 2023. Judge Swain’s filing stated that the complaint was dismissed for failure to comply with Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with 30 days’ leave to plead claims that arose in a county within the Southern District of New York. The Court also dismissed claims that arose outside of this District for improper venue1.
So, it appears that there is no validity in the case of Trenesha Rahka Khan vs The Rock.😊
