Usher has some explaining to do because his music has made some million but how do you forget to pay the songwriters who made it possible ?

Well this week some of his hit songwriters are being paid $44 Million in damages.
According to Associated Press and the Philadelphia Inquirer, the lawsuit was filed on the behalf songwriter Daniel Marino original song “Club Girl “targeted the the other co writers of the track Williams Guice and Dante Banton whom did not credit him to the track.
Issue is Daniel stated and proved in court he created chords, progression and other elements and the other writers Williams Guice and Dante added their own additions which include an additional beat & lyrics.
The song became Bad Girl this is done in major music as it was done in time of Elvis as a major artist he sources good songs and the label recreates the song to a catchy song with new writers or those that provided the music under copyright before you go to showing anyone your music please make sure it is protected use copyright.org
