Chicago – Empire Actor Jussie Smollett has been arrested according to Chicago ABC local the actor will be arraigned in Cook County today his lawyers are still under the impression Jussie has been arrested when he is the alleged victim. Last month he said he was assaulted by 2 Men who put a noose around his neck and yelled “This is Maga Country ” and Poured bleach on him and beat him up days later Jussie came out defenseive at a concert of his own and said he Wouldnt Let them M*****F**** Win and said he was a gay Tupac social media was already going in on the actor and did not believe his story.
Smollett insisted on the Good Morning America Interview Robin Roberts asked a typical question he got upset and said that he was telling the Gods Honest Truth many cant tell if he is being himself or Jamal Lyon on Fox Musical Drama Empire.
Mainstream media reported it as a alleged hate crime but now that all the truth has come out that the two men were actually staged to beat up Smollett reports have come in the two men now identified as he Obsundario brothers were actors on Empire on two occasions and one of the brothers was a personal trainer of Smolletts for a Music video . Smollett has maintained he was the Victim the entire time celebritys and public figures like Presidential hopeful Kamala Harris came out to give her support and Cory Booker Senator of New Jersey and the Reverance Al Sharpton have also said if Jussie is Guilty HOLD him ACCOUNTABLE!
Any hate crime that occurs should be reporte to the police but becuase Smollett faked the incident it could be punishable up to 3 years in prison and fines and a Felony on his record.
